Norfolk Island Black is a vigorous climbing perennial with deep green leaves and fragrant purple and white flowers. Fruit matures to a deep red colour and contains a sweet, edible pulp.
Plant passionfruit vines in full sun. Grows in most soils and prefers a soil rich with benefit from a thick layer of organic mulch. The vine can be rather rampant, so provide support by using trellis or fence with wire.
