A medium-sized, evergreen shrub with red, narrow foliage, and red to rich burgundy, double flowers during winter and spring.
Idea for screening, hedges and coastal gardens. The flowers attract nectar feeding birds.
Grows well in a range of soils and conditions, but best in full sun and an open position. Tolerates coastal conditions and extended periods of drought. Prune after flowering to encourage dense growth.
