This semi-herbaceous tropical plant makes an excellent indoor foliage plant, producing large, glossy green leaves that grow in a dense clump with a slight weeping habit. Tall slender stems hold small white, trumpet shaped flowers above the foliage from Autumn through Winter. An excellent indoor plant requiring a warm position and regular water through Summer with decreased watering through Winter. It can also be grown outdoors in a shaded environment, although in cold regions the bulbs will go dormant and will need to be stored over winter.
